Oakes Construction, Inc.

Oakes Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Ryan S. Oakes of Front Royal, Virginia. Oakes Construction, Inc. opened its business in 1998.   Ryan started his path in the construction industry by first working for small contractors and then for a local lumber supplier.   Soon after, Ryan went to work for a national builder, as a assistant superintendent on a job site and after a short while he was promoted to superintendent and was responsible for overseeing his own job site.  Ryan took charge of building Homes from start to finish.  In 1998, Ryan decided it was time to start a new endeavor, and he became a Builder/Contractor owner for Oakes Construction, Inc.  Ryan obtained his Contractors license in 1998 and has been doing general contracting and subcontracting with his company.
